If you are a player in the class of 2022 and meet the following qualifications, you are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

  • You must graduate HS in 2022
  • You must be a current member of the Hoopmasters graduating class and be in good standing. Good standing means that the applicant will have completed the full AAU season prior to their senior year. 
  • You must be accepted into an accredited college, university or other institute of higher learning. 
  • You must have maintained an unweighted GPA of 3.0 for your high school career and have college worthy SAT scores. 
  • You must meet the 75+ hours of community service 
  • You must demonstrate great character, leadership, focus and the desire to succeed. This should be demonstrated in the required essay.

NCAA ELIGIBILITY RELIEF OFFERED DUE TO COVID-19

The NCAA just recently announced new eligibility relief for college athletes due to COVID-19.

Each division level offered slightly different rules to give their athletes a year of relief that would not be counted towards their 4 years of eligibility.
